Baby shoes

My son is 10 months old and walking around. He wears a size 3 shoe but I’m only finding that size with the soft bottom. Does anyone know what brand or where I can find real shoes that size?

I’ve been everywhere local and can only find soft shoes. I live in a very rural area. Looking to buy online.

Edit 2: he walks all on his own. He started furniture walking around 7 months and has been walking on his own for a couple of weeks now.
