Is this a sign of my period coming or spotting

Haven’t had period for almost 3 months went to use bathroom not so long ago and this is what I got when I wiped myself (has happened 2-3 times in last few hours)

Only had this for two days now nothing and no period as yet this app says I’m due on in 3 days

P tracker says I’m due on 11th

My calendar says I’m due on 17th and Flo can’t predict my period as haven’t had one in almost 3 months
