To all those who have conceived before (I am currently TTC for the first time) how many cycles did it take you? Trying to get a sense of perspective 😂

It took my husband and I 3 months to conceive. The standard for a fertile couple is 3-12 months of actively trying, so if it doesn’t happen right away don’t feel discouraged

I’m in the 2WW of our first cycle. I have a feeling it’s not gonna happen this month but we are just starting out after me being on a variety of birth control over the last 10 years 🤷🏻‍♀️ baby dust to you! 
Also, if you haven’t read it already, I highly recommend reading taking charge of your fertility. It has provided tremendous insight to my cycles and body in general ☺️

Took us around 5 months, we started in September but because I'd just had a baby my periods were a little messed up at first but I was more fertile

It can take a completely healthy couple 6 months to conceive. Every couple is different.
