Flying while pregnant?

Going on a family vacation in late September. By then I will have just started the 2nd trimester. Is it safe to fly?

Answer

It's safe to fly up to 34 or 36 weeks usually. As long as you don't have any other health issues in pregnancy. I had a PE at 6 weeks so I got put on blood thinners and my doctor let my fly home at 16 weeks. Just make sure your doctor knows. They can tell you for sure.

Yep my doc said it was fine up to 34 weeks and even occasionally she’d allow up to 36 weeks. Just hydrate well, get up and walk around as much as you can. You’ll be fine

Yup until dr says you can’t. My dr didn’t let me after 36 weeks. 34 was the last time I flew
