Family of 3 $75 a week. I meal plan and shop for lunches, breakfast, and dinner for the week. I also do my shopping online and then see what my total is going to be as well as look for coupons for the stuff I'm buying. On average I should spend like 100+ but with all my coupons and discounts I spend 75-80 a week.
