sciatica !
mumma’s, is anyone else dealing with dreaded sciatic pain? i’m 13 weeks & it’s causing me so much grief - yesterday took me 15 minutes to just get up & get walking!
if anyone has any tips please send them my way - i have tried stretching & it just doesn’t seem to ease it at all 😭😭
