My daughter turns 4 in February but head starts states a child must be 4 by September 30th.

Are there exceptions to this? I’d like for my daughter to be a part of headstart before kindergarten but because her birthday is after the cut off date, I don’t know what to do.

Thoughts, opinions and suggestions please.

(I can’t afford daycare and preschool for my county is also 4-5)
