Lots of Questions
Luckily, during these pics I was having a not-so-bloat day. Im 5’5” and weigh 160-166(varies like every day🙄) My boyfriend did body building and stays in great shape pretty consistently. I want to get toned but I can’t seem to get the weight off. I’ve been going to the gym everyday (with 1 rest day a week) for 2 weeks and eating a little better than usual. My first question is, how did you lose the most fat? Second, is how did you help with excess skin? My arms are getting stronger but they still feel flabby. Will my skin tighten as I continue to get stronger and lose fat? Third, how do you control cravings? I feel like I have no self control when it comes to a craving I have. And finally, how did you stay motivated and not want to give up?
