Sunburn cure(works on me)
So I just got a wicked sunburn as I am pale and Irish and a lot of the time it sucks.
So what I typically do for sunburns I put aloe on it as soon as I notice/have access to aloe. Then, as soon as possible, I take a hot shower/bath. It hurts like you spilled burning sugar on yourself for about 5-10 seconds and then it feels normal. When I get out of the water, I slather it all up with aloe(like so much you kinda feel it won’t be absorbed completely[trust me it will]) then I let that sit for a couple minutes and wear clothes that don’t rub harshly. Soft clothes only. Nothing rough at all. No jeans, no normal leggings, no normal shirts. They have to be really soft. They can be form fitting or flowy it doesn’t matter they just have to be as smooth as a baby’s fucking bottom. Then go to bed or nothing exciting(dancing, running, partying) Just binge watch The Office on Netflix or go to bed.
When you wake up put more aloe on and then it should be mostly/completely painless.
It will still be red! You can’t make that go away!
It works for me, and I’ve had many sunburns in my life.
If it’s super bad, like blistering(also happened to me) then I recommend doing a less hot shower or bath(but still pretty hot) and aloe all the time for what seems like forever.
Tested by a red headed, pale as fuck Irish person!(and my mom, but I’ve had more than my fair share of sunburns)
