When to have sex during fertile?!

So I believe my man has low sperm count..
Should we BD every other day during my fertile window? 
Should I test twice a day or once a day and when my peak comes baby dance that day? 
Sorry I’m needing opinions!

If you believe his speed count is low, I would have sex every other day, but make sure to do it when you hit your peak and maybe even the day after. I test twice a day during my fertile window; once late morning and then again late afternoon or early evening. There are times when my morning OPK is negative, but it’s positive that afternoon. It can be easy to miss if you only test once. I hope this helps!

Since he is low sperm count, BD every other day will help regenerate his sperm count before the next BD, so yes on that. Im not sure about the OPK 2x a day because I’m not very experienced with OPKs
