TMI post about the clitoris and birth

So with my first child I had an epidural, was on stadol, and he was induced. 7lbs when he was born. Recovery was slow but okay. Delivery was relatively fast for a first baby.

9 years later with baby #2, no epidural, no pain meds, super fast delivery, 12 hours from the start of labor to time of birth. Progressed from 4-9cm within a half hour, two pushes and she was out within 5-10 minutes.

One thing I noticed with this baby now that I'm post partum and healing has been this ridiculously crampy feeling in my clitoris, or all around it really, whenever I pee, or touch, or even orgasm. Orgasming is physically painful in that area as well.

I've googled it to the ends of the Earth but apparently my googling skills are lacking because I can't find an answer anywhere and my doctor appointment isn't close yet.

I'm 4 weeks and 5 days PP.
