40 and trying to find motivation to lose fat and weight

Hi ladies I turned 40 two months back. I currently weigh 95 kgs, 160 cms. Being broad frame body was always on the higherside of weight even when I was boney and skinny. Now after marriage, two vaginal births, the body is resisting to lose weight. Tried heavy weight gymming for a year and all I got in return was a muscular body in the same weight. Added to this I have hair loss and bad heel cracks. Other than the weight, nothing seems to be off track during my last blood routine a month ago. The observation was obesity and fatty liver.

Am vegetarian and love to hear from you all regarding weight loss and motivation. Thanks in advance
