My son is one month old and has really bad red dots all over his cheeks (both) and crusty yellow stuff on his ears.. is this baby acne or is it something more serious?? I’m getting worried he has a dr appointment in a couple days is it something to worry about or should i wait until appointment to bring it up?

UPDATE: thanks everyone he went to the dr today it’s baby acne he said it will go away on its own over time!
