GRAPHIC*** TRIGGER WARNING MISCARRIAGE

I just passed my baby still in the sac this is just so surreal I’m not sure what to do with it I don’t want to just throw it in trash or flush it. I just feel guilty doing that. This past month has just been very difficult I lost my mom three weeks ago she was only 47, then I was warned my pregnancy was most likely a miscarriage had several appointments and then it happened, also my best friend was just diagnosed with invasive breast cancer grade 3 and everything has just been happening right after the other I’m honestly just at a loss but actually glad I got to see the entire sac come out and see out baby. They said the baby only ever measured about 6 weeks but I don’t even think I was that far along.
