So I, supposed to get my period next week...which also happens to be in the middle of my trip to the Bahamas. Since I can’t take birth control, use tampons, or any pills/ medication, how should I deal with my period when I get out of the water? When I’m in the ocean or pool, it’s not Ike you will be able to see blood but when I get out, I fear that the blood will drip down my legs. Also I just realized I won’t be able to wear a pad so now I’m even more scared. If anyone has advice or something, please help because I really don’t know what to do
