Do two yr olds still need milk?

I have one of those kids who neverrrrrr took a bottle, thus no formula, who doesn't like milk (any type) or yogurt (now at 17 months still). 
Can i have something to look forward to when he turns 2? Like not offering the cup of milk that he'll never drink?

My lo was obsessed with the boob and refused to drink milk at first. I finally got her drinking milk by giving her some chocolate milk and gradually lessening the amount of chocolate until it was just white milk.

My dr told me that there isn’t calcium in breast milk so I did the chocolate milk and yogurt and she helps me make smoothies since she picks what fruits go in she always drinks it. I also give her vitamins

I think technically they should still have 2-÷ servings a day. But I wouldn't give something I know that's just going to be wasted. Does his pediatrician know he's like this? Is there a alternative he does like? I give my 2 year old chocolate milk in the mornings instead of regular.

My toddler never took milk. Only Breastmilk until 18 months and then water. He had cheese, yogurt, and other forms of vitamin D and calcium. At his 2 year checkup the doctor said he didn’t really need much milk anymore and I told her he never had any and she wasn’t even concerned. She just asked if he had a balanced diet. But he is super picky now too. Only eats certain things and some days won’t eat much at all. So there’s that to look forward to. One day he loves Mac n cheese and the next it’s poison.
