Watery discharge??

So I know this is probably the wrong topic group. So I missed the first two birth control pills in my pack due to having to get more refills so I took two for two days. But I’ve had unprotected sex the weekend. And i forgot to take it last night but I took it as soon as I remembered this morning and took my regular one tonight.

I’m having watery discharge, is it fertile discharge from missing the pills?
