Day 1 to my journey.
As you can see I’m not at my healthiest. I weigh 215 and I’m only 5’0. I have two kids and I’m 22 going to be 23 this year..I’m going to start my free 3 day gym pass tomorrow to see if I’m comfortable losing weight at the gym. I’m asking for tips..Advice or anything to get me started like changing my lifestyle , diet and what gym routines work out. I’m gonna quit soda because i am a everyday soda drinker..im a fast food eater and I’m not really that active.. so I’m gonna do a few changes but anything helps i want to go from 215 to at least short term:170 and long term goal is:140-130.
My bathroom is dirty i know it’s not perfect so don’t judge.
