How much are you pumping for work?

How many oz do you ladies pump a day while at work? I’m leaving my 4.5 month baby for the first time and going to work and I want to make sure I pump enough milk for him. I have a pretty good stash in the freezer so I’m not worried about not having enough for him initially but I want to make sure I can maintain what he needs. I’ll be dropping him off at 8:30 and picking him up at 5:30.

I work 8-3:30 and pump 15oz, usually at 9:15, 11:15 then 2:15. And having the stash has helped me not stress, so if one day I don’t get 15oz I just say oh well and try for the next day knowing we have enough milk at home

at work, I am there for 9 hours a day. 
I pump 3-4 times. 
I pump 5oz combined each time. 
I seriously recommend the Pumpin Pal flanges. they are truly amazing!! it increased my output drastically. 
My slacker breast does not respond to a pump, so I always haakaa it and get 1.5-2 oz on that side. 
I usually take home 15-20oz of breastmilk.

I pump at 10:15 and 2. At 10 I’ll get around 6.5 oz and at 2 I’ll get around 7 so at least 12+ oz while at work

I work 515-145 so i wake him up at 430 and feed before i leave. Then i pump at 8 and 1130 and i usually come home with 15-18 ounces from those 2 pump sessions.

I pump 3x at 15 minutes a time and will usually get 15oz, sometimes more. LO takes around 4-5 oz every 2-3 hours while I’m away from her.
