Can you see a line or is it my eyes

Been trying for over 5 years now and never in that time have a felt so pregnant the doctor put me on fertility drugs first month taking them and one day late I no it's only early days and can come on tomorrow or later but was just feeling it was my time but dont no if it's just my mind playing tricks or I can see another line 🤦‍♀️😁
