Round 5 of letrezole... this is an opk. Are we positive or do we have another day before it’s peak?

My fertility doctor told me that opk's do not work with fertility medications. I'm not sure how accurate that is but I wouldn't only rely on ovulation predictors alone. My doctor wouldn't even give me letrozole without being monitored because there is such a high risk of multiples.
