Please help me I’m a mess right now!! I’ve had 3 ectopics and 2 miscarriages!!

Ok so I got my first bfp 2 days ago and my tests are still getting darker but this morning I started bleeding and cramping, my bleeding has now slowed down and is only spotting but my cramps are strong! So I went to A&E and they sent me to the EPU, I had a scan and nothing seen but I’m only 3w6d so they wouldn’t of anyway. I had bloods and my hcg is 11. Is this really low for my gestation? I’m panicking that I am miscarrying. I have to have more bloods done on Wednesday (48hrs)
