So my mom has mental health issues. She has driven everyone away. Her son is in juvie, her husband resents her, and she has no one but me. I am not sure what to say because I don't want to make empty promises and no matter what I do she hates her life. What do I say?

Update: For some context, she does this very often. She has been in multiple mental health facilities but she refuses to participate in therapy and try to get better. She wants me to fix it all for her.
