Baby’s head is down but high hiccups?

anyone else ? My dr told me the baby’s head was down and right after I felt hiccups high .. is this normal ?

My little guy is head down, but I sometimes feel hiccups high. I figure it's a whole body activity, and I'll feel it wherever he is closest to the outside etc.

Could be just like yourself if your hiccups are strong enough could move the whole body I asked my dr last time
