I’ve been back at work for a year now and it has been a struggle every day to be away from my daughter.

The good thing about my job is that I work for my in laws and it’s incredibly flexible and low-stress. It helps me justify being away from my daughter because I get to leave early instead of taking a lunch break so I get an extra hour with her each day.

An opportunity has come up for me to take another job making SIGNIFICANTLY more money which would help us out immensely. As it is now, we can’t afford to have another child and we can’t really afford to do anything other than pay bills.

My problem is that I’m not sure whether the money would be worth losing that flexibility. If I have to spend more time away from my daughter I think I think I would end up really depressed.

Just not sure what to do
