Please help

I’ve been TTC with my fiancé and my period is 11 days late today (Monday) I took a pregnancy test on the 1st (Thursday) when my period was a week late and It was negative and I’m afraid to get another negative. Should I test again? I need some encouraging words. did I test to early?
