According to my app and calendar, today I am 4w6d. I called my OBs office after getting several positive tests through the weekend.

They made my appt for August 14th (so about a week and a half from now) because they said they don't do the first appt until after you've hit 6 weeks. My first appt will be blood test, ultrasound, family history, etc. and will be about an hour long.
