So my period is over a week late. I had two BFPs on tests (literally they were full color bold lines). According to my doc, I’d be 5w3d. I’m scared because I keep having small cramps here and there (feel like period cramps but not severe, don’t last long [like two minutes]). So far, no bleeding at all, should I be worried about miscarrying or false positives? Thanks in advance.
