What’s the best birth control? Pills? Shot? Implant? Patch? IUD? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Kinda depends on your lifestyle. The pill worked great for me, but I didn’t have any problem remembering to take it about the same time daily. I didn’t have any noticeable side effects from the hormones.

I have Mirena iud and it's been the best for me. I didn't like the shot and Nuvaring wasn't right either. I have no side effects with my IUD though and it's really nice to not have to think about birth control

I love the mirena iud. Its helped my very heavy and very painful periods. So did depo but i gained 60 pounds on that. Mirena is nice because it stopped periods like I wanted, after 4 months. Ive had it a year. We dont use condoms or pull out and ive never gotten pregnant. I check my atrings monthly. I got it for free. No pills, no pharmacy. My only side effect was bad cramps for 2 to 3 weeks after getting it.
