Has anyone given their baby cows milk before they turned one?

Someone suggested to me on here. I would of course discuss with my doctor first. I might start weaning my daughter onto cows milk gradually. I was reading that it's okay to give a 11 month year old warm cows milk in cereal or am I wrong??she's already tried it in my mac n cheese and smoothies

They can have milk in foods but not replacing breastmilk or formula 
My bub has been having cows milk in his cereal or mixed into other foods since 6 months with no issues (told buy the doctor is was ok to do)

They can have dairy, like cheese, yogurt etc. It's just that milk doesn't have everything that formula or breastmilk has, so it's more that they don't want you to stop with the breastmilk or formula until age 1....not that they can't have milk.

i would just mix it with the formula/breastmilk slowly for an 11month old. few oz of formula/breastmilk and then 1 oz of milk. then gradually maybe every other week introduce more milk and little less formula/breastmilk, depending how they react to it.

We mixed it into bottles at 11m, but I definitely wouldnt give it to them straight at 11m. Our ped told us to slowly introduce it starting at 11m. He had already been eating plenty of cheese and dairy products already as well.
For example:
6oz formula, 2oz milk for a few days / a week
4oz formula, 4oz milk for a few days / a week
2oz formula, 6oz milk for a few days / a week
He was on milk by itself 2 days before his first birthday.

Yes. The formula we used was cow's milk based. It's whey and casein though, not typical cow's milk from a jug or teet.

My oldest started cows milk at 11 months she’s fine and was fine. My this is 6 months old and likes to sip from my cups and I often drink milk again he is fine. Do I recommend it daily for a 6 month old no but for 10plus months I am confident it’s fine our drs knew as well an agreed
