2 missed periods, neg tests

I have missed two periods now, my last one was on May 14th I think. I have kind of had cramping and sore boobs here and there but nothing too bad. Last week I had light pink discharge for 1 day when I wiped, but that's it. I've taken two tests a couple weeks ago and both were negative. Just wondering if others have experienced the same? And what was the outcome? Lol thanks!
