Am I Nuts?

Tomorrow I’m 10 weeks with my second baby. My first baby had an anterior placenta so I didn’t feel him move for a long time and even then it was a bit muffled by the placenta. However I swear to you I am feeling the little tickle of the baby moving, very low (like maybe right behind my pubic bone). Is that actually possible? It’s definitely not gas and feels like a little fish swimming around, which is what I remember my son feeling like, albeit many weeks later in the pregnancy.
