Microgestin FE 1.5/30

Okay, so I had a c-section on 6/16. And I bled for about two weeks after. Well I started the pill on 7/14, and on the 18th or 19th me and my husband had sex. Later that even I started bleeding a little bit and haven’t stopped since then. Even while taking the birth control pills. Is this normal? I’m cramping bad like my period use to, and I wasn’t sure if this was a normal period for after having a baby. Also, I’m a FTM.
