I’m asking as in, never got a positive test but was pregnant and should have been getting positives.

Yup! I was almost two weeks late and having signs is early pregnancy but getting negative HPTs. Called my doctor and he ordered the blood test, which came back positive. My HCG was too low at that time which is why the HPTs were showing negative. I ovulated later than normal that cycle. Nine months later, had my son. 😄

Took it too early. Wasn’t until days late I got the positive.

Took 3 tests during one of my pregnancies -all negative.
Went into ER 2 days later bc I was feeling very dizzy and faint, they did my hcg levels and it showed!
