Does anyone know what this is? She's going to be 2 weeks tomorrow and I woke up to her whole neck, under her chin and that whole area has red little bumps everywhere! My poor baby! What can I do? Should I go to the hospital right away? Help or advice pls!

Baby acne or heat rash, there isn’t anything you can do for either of them except air it out. They are harmless and go away on their own.

Looks like heat rash. Pretty common in the neck area during the summer. Air it out often and use a cool cloth to soothe it

Heat rash! My 16w old still has a little behind his neck . 
When your able to give baby a bath just pat dry and make sure everything is dry (in the neck, armpits anywhere that's hard to dry)
Put on a diaper and let your baby's body breathe 
I never put anything on it, don't need to!
