I’m 7 days pp from my c section. Had a check up with my doc today and they said my blood pressure was a little high. Also said that my incision was a little infected and leaking. Wel they sent me home. I have a really bad headache and have been seeing some black spots all day. Just thought from migraine. Now my bp is145/89 and my heart rate is 57 which is weird bc I have POTS which is a tachycardia and my heart rate never usually goes under 90. Should I go to er or worry? I’ve never had high bp
