Would you have SO get a sperm analysis?

If you got pregnant two months in a row (after four months TTC), but both ended in a chemical pregnancy/early miscarriage, would you want your husband to get a sperm analysis? His regular doctor said that since I seem to get pregnant easily, it doesn’t seem to be a sperm issue - but I’m sure PCP’s aren’t fertility experts. 
We are 36, so I was thrilled that it only took us four months, but we can’t seem to keep them. 💔

If your able to get pregnant but not keep it then it is most likely not a sperm issue. I would have blood work done to get your hormone levels and thyroid levels. So sorry you have experienced this loss 😔

I agree unfortunately I wouldn’t think it’s a sperm issue if you have gotten pregnant twice :( I’m so sorry to hear about your losses but I agree too about the blood work and thyroid and also I’d ask to get my progesterone levels checked

Temp and things will be more accurate and you will know your cycle better. You might need progesterone

Go for it! We’ve been ttc for 7 months and I’ve never gotten pregnant but I had my husband go through the process because it’s the least invasive step in checking your fertility. Everything else from the woman’s side of things is expensive and invasive. If you can check that off the list then you’ll feel a lot better.

It doesn’t hurt to have him get checked out but it seems like his sperm is working just fine and proper implantation is the issue. Only the doc would know how to advise you based on your situation
