Why does he need space to process emotions

When my guy feels deep emotions he doesn’t want to talk and wants to be alone it’s beyond annoying. I think it’s me..especially if we get into it he stays away and then comes back after being alone...

A lot of people do. They can't think as well around others. People just have different emotional needs.

Different people process there emotions different ways. Let him have his space when he needs it. My brother in law goes for a walk when I'm and my sister get in to a fight and he gets really upset. He will walk and think and than come home ready to talk about it with a leavle head.

Does he discuss with you when he comes back. My husband also sometimes will go do his own thing and I mine if we ge th in arguement and dont want to say something we regret. After a bit we usually come back will discuss topic again once calm and resolve issue. I think this can be an issue though if you dont talk about what problem is communication super important between partners.

Your a terrible person if you think it’s annoying that he wants space to figure out his thoughts. He could be dealing with heavy stuff on his mind that he doesn’t want to tell you. I wouldn’t either seeing the type of person you are😒😒😒.👎🏻👎🏻
