FTM Help please...

My 8 month old son has been throwing up all afternoon. It sounds like he can't breathe for a second then throws up. Now he doesn't seem to have an appetite. I am worried. I have an appointment for him tomorrow morning. What could cause him to be doing this to him?

Also He is teething. He is cutting his bottom teeth.
