I would do ‘natural’ ways like oatmeal in the mornings, plenty of water and try body armor drinks before doing supplements. If that doesn’t work then Legendairy Milk has been the best (from what I’ve seen)

Legendairy supplements are supposed to be awesome and they are 20% during breastfeeding week. Those bodyarmour drinks are full of sugar, they might give a temporary fix but not necessarily something you want to get in the habit of consuming daily.
