My low sex drive hurting my marriage

In the early stages of pregnancy I was fine, I had no morning sickness, had high energy and my sex drive was was normal. Once I hit the second trimester everything went down hill, I was congested, I got bronchitis and thrush. Sex hurt, I was tired all the time and back hurt. I was finding it hard to want to be intimate with my husband and he expressed that he was feeling unwanted and unloved. Its been this was for 6 months now. I just don't want to do it and I won't. We haven't really had sex for three months and I know it's my fault. Yesterday he pretty much begged me to try and I felt horrible but it stung and was so painful on the inside I just cried the whole time. And same thing again this morning. I've been giving him blowjobs and hand jobs to tide him over but it's just not the same. He's always had a higher sex drive than and he's done great and been so patient never pressured me into it now I feel like shit for making him feel the way I have. I'm 35 weeks but he's over it I almost want to tell him to go find somebody else 😢😔
