Should I cut my hair shorter?

I’ve had my hair short in 1st grade but idk if I should do it again for high school. I just got about 3 inches off today, but I’m going back before school starts.

I think a medium length bob of some sort would be cute. But maybe not shorter in the back, just shoulder length all across
