Coming off bc pills

Any suggestions to stay regular after coming off bc pills? I took for 4 months to see if it jumpstarts ovulation when coming off. Last time I came off was right before my tubal reversal 2 years ago. I'm excited and nervous I won't get the results I want. But have my count down 2 more weeks, then I'm off!!
