What should I expect?

I knew we were moving before we found out we were pregnant. So I was just going to our local clinic, they did a test to confirm and an ultrasound to date but nothing else. Now that we are in our new state and settled. I have my first OB appt this week. What should I expect? Just the paperwork and talking? Maybe an ultra sound or the full like pelvic, blood, ultrasound and everything? I'm 11weeks tomorrow. 11 weeks and 1 day on the appointment day.

My "first appointment" was split into 3 appointments within a two week span, my office loves to suck the insurance company dry. You will probably get a urine sample, blood draw, discuss dos and don'ts of pregnancy, go over medical history of you, the baby's father, and both of your families, possibly an ultrasound and pap smear.

My first appointment they literally just weighed me took a urine sample went “ yup your pregnant” and sent me off then scheduled me another appointment for two weeks later

It depends on your OB. My OB did a dating scan at 8 weeks (a lot don’t do this) and then an anatomy scan at 18-20 weeks.

Update. They did everything. Talking, paperwork, blood lab, urine test, pelvic exam, pap smear, Doppler check, abdominal ultrasound. Wasn't so bad but It was a lot once lol.
