Making baby puree but idk if it's a yam or sweet potato?
Alright ladies, I'm making my 6 month old puree. But I just don't know if what I have is a sweet potato or a yam? It's white. All the pictures and videos I see of sweet potatoes always come out orange but this one isn't. Is it a yam or a different colored sweet potato? I'm so lost. I could have sworn I picked it up at the sweet potato section. Also, if it is yams...is it okay to give my 6 month old?
