Answer

I believe after stage 5, once it implants. But I could be wrong. It really depends on how much pregnancy hormone is released, and this can depend on the woman's hormone levels and the way each one adapts to changes. For example, I believe those with hypothyroidism may not react as early as others with normal hormone balances. Interesting question though...
