Mummas, I really need your help!

I’ve got GD and will be getting induced next week (close to 38 weeks). The dr’s have asked me to start hand expressing colostrum as it’s got heaps of benefits for bub with his sugar levels etc.

Anyway, I’ve been trying... really trying for 3 days now to hand express. Today I’m feeling a little defeated that I’m not getting anything (not even a drop). I’ve tried the breast pump too, no luck there either.

I really need your secrets, tips and tricks. Please help 🙏 xx
