Horse hacking riding and tampon?
Hey guys! I’m going horse back riding tomorrow but I’m also on my period. Obviously I would wear a tampon, and I feel like a stupid Teenager when i say this, but should I have any worries about wearing one while doing this activity? Please no hate, I’m genuinely concerned.
