Need some advice

I have a family event celebrating the baby’s arrival coming up when the baby will be 3 months old. There’s going to be about 100 people in attendance. I basically don’t want anyone holding or touching/kissing the baby. I am nervous about how to go about this, especially when a lot of the guests will be my in laws’ invitees and theyll probably be older, etc. so it’s harder to tell them no. What would you recommend for this? My baby’s health is my priority but i dont want to come off as annoying or rude. The baby will have had her first round of immunizations so I’m also not sure if I’m overreacting. But i just know if one person holds her then 10 others will want to, and I’m just not comfortable with that. Any phrases i can practice or methods to do this?
