Is this a nervous habit that is normal??? Or should I be more concerned? She has tiny cuts in her knuckles from (chewing/sucking them? Idk) and her nails sometimes get too short to the point where they might bleed.

She is otherwise normal, she talks nonstop with a very good vocabulary, Makes eye contact, I’m not really worried about any disorders except maybe anxiety?? Like idk how to help her or why she does this or how to make her stop. I never notice when she is doing it. She also has a slight fever it feels like do you think this could be hand foot and mouth or something
